The Cashier ran my gift card, canceled the purchase and left me with a gift card that has no money on it. They stole my $32. Then they came up with some lie to pretend like they didn't do it. Always have them tell you the remining amount left on your card BEFORE you buy anything. Such a scam.

Columbia is the best for outdoor and active clothing and accessories. The best price is at this location. Great selection too! Wonderful Staff. Give a shout out to Anthony and Kelvin! Valuable employees. Superior customer service.

The best customer service experience I've had in a long time. The staff was friendly and helpful; provided insightful answers to my questions; and helped me find the products that were best suited for my needs. The cashier told me about about several types of discounts, including an educational discount for teachers that I had never heard of. I've NEVER had a cashier so committed to ensuring my transaction total was the lowest it could possibly be. I left there with over $300 worth of clothes for a little over $100.

Nice looking store and apparently good deals. Unfortunately, it's very hard to use the changing rooms. It wasn't busy and no one was using any of the changing rooms but you're not allowed to use any of the four or five rooms unless an employee escorts you back there and opens a door for you. We could find no one; either available or helping other prospective customers. Yes, I understand they're trying to limit theft, but by not letting anyone try on clothing at all, they're preventing sales as well. We put our clothing back on the rack and left.

Favorite brand at a lower price than online! I love coming to these stores! It's cheaper than Nike, and you truly get better quality. Columbia is overlooked for the top two, Nike and UA.
