Great views, amazing food, excellent serviceGreat views, amazing food, excellent service, and it's so close to home — what more could you ask for? - View & Ambiance: 5/5 - Food: 4.5/5 - Service: 5/5 We started with the beef empanadas, Spanish octopus, and sautéed shrimp. The beef empanadas were my favorite bite of the night, while the shrimp and Basque burnt cheesecake were also standouts. For mains, we shared the paella and steak with green beans. My husband loved the octopus and paella.The steak was my friend's favorite dish, along with the cheesecake. He also had their old fashion. Enjoyed the first glass so much, he had two more. One of the highlights was watching the sunset from the rooftop bar area — the views alone are worth a visit. The location is fantastic, parking is validated, and the overall atmosphere made for a great night out. We'll definitely be back to try the dry-aged steak and the espresso flan next time!

My friend invited me here for dinner and we had such a great time! We started with the beef empanadas….oh my gosh, sooo soft and yummy and the seasonal greens salad was super tasty. For our mains we got the Spanish Short Rib and the Mediterranean Sea Bass, both were amazing. The green beans and mushrooms on the side were perfect too. Highly recommend for a special night out, the service was outstanding!! Will be coming back again. (:

Dinner at Top of The V was one of the highlights of our California trip. The rooftop views are absolutely stunning, especially as the sun sets, and the live music created the perfect atmosphere without overpowering the conversation. We started with the beef empanadas, which were packed with flavor and perfectly crisp. The paella was the star of the night, beautifully cooked with rich, authentic flavors that made it worth the wait. Between the incredible food, the ambiance, and the panoramic views, this is the kind of place you linger over dinner. Definitely a must-visit for a special night out in Orange County. 🌅🥘🍷

My wife and I absolute had a wonderful time at Top of the V! To begin with, self parking was very good and they validate! When arrive, you take the elevator from the lobby of the hotel to the 12th floor. Once you're there. You will be treated with such beautiful views of the city. The restaurant is so elegantly decorated and so classy! Great place to show off a romantic partner or even business dinners. I was a little embarrassed because I broke a glass right after they seated us and yet all the servers helped to clean up and made is feel as if nothing happened! So obviously service was professionally and excellent! Seemed like the whole restaurant were working for the two of us! Food was fantastic! My wife had the land and sea and I had the NY steak. Both were delicious! The octopus appetizer was great also! Don't know if they have it every day though, since the waiter mentioned it was a daily special. We're definitely coming back and highly recommend this place for a relaxing dinner and beautiful views! Still feeling bad about the broken glass but I left a nice gratuity to cover it!

Brought my wife here for date night and she enjoyed it. Making a reservation was easy. We started with a drink on the rooftop and enjoyed the sunset before dinner we went inside for dinner. For food, we ordered a couple of dishes. Tried the empanadas this time and they were so good, we ordered more. The paella was ok; needed more seasoning in my opinion. The ribeye was cooked perfectly. The cheesecake was also worth saving room for. Service was friendly and attentive throughout the meal. We had water and drinks at all times. My wife said it was a nice balance between upscale but relaxed atmosphere. Adding this to our go-to date night spots.
