Sierra, our hostess, was a delight from start to finish. She was attentive and genuinely friendly, and her suggestions were spot on. Every dish and drink she recommended turned out to be a winner. I ordered the Cuban sandwich. When it first arrived, I will admit I was a little concerned because it looked slightly small. It came already cut into three pieces and stacked, which made it look compact at first glance. Once I dug in, I realized it was impressively thick and generously filled. There was a lot going on inside, and it was satisfying from the first bite to the last. It was served with home seasoned fries and a side of ranch dressing. Nothing says Cuban cuisine quite like classic American ranch, but somehow it worked. I also tried the huckleberry infused iced tea, something I had never had before. It tasted fresh and clean, clearly made with real ingredients, and it was refreshing without being overly sweet. We sat out on the outdoor deck on a pristine 72 degree Southern California afternoon. Not a cloud in the sky, literally or figuratively. It was the middle of the day and moderately busy, yet still quiet and relaxed. A really pleasant experience all around.

Decided to come here for late breakfast/ semi early lunch. I have been here a couple times before but this time I brought my family and dogs. Love that they have a good mental and a beer club. Restrooms are clean, staff is friendly and provide fast service. Happy I went here. Definitely coming back to try more of their menu. Plus I have to try all their beers.

We have never had a bad experience at Lazy Dog. I usually get the fish and chips this time I got the bacon ranch burger and it was a great choice the Bacon is top notch. I also got the onion rings. Mrs p got the shrimp tacos. I didn't get it this time but I highly recommend the bacon candy.

Look, when I say this restaurant’s customer service is top notch, I specifically want to call out Heidi and Courtney (G? Blonde Courtney?) and the level of genuine care we received as guests today for my mom’s birthday 🥹 It’s hard to come by customer service so good that makes you want to return and support businesses, but Heidi and Courtney made it easy — we’ll be back for sure. Our pups LOVED their pup cups, meals, and friendly compliments!!! Thank you guys. You have an awesome team and staff…like legit, it’s giving “faith in humanity again” vibes. ✨
