This was our first time staying here. The hotel environment is nice and quite interesting, especially for children. The decor is fun and unique, and the staff are also very friendly and welcoming. However, the soundproofing is terrible. It was very noisy at night, with cars constantly driving by on the road outside. The hotel’s facilities also weren’t very good. Not matching the price they’ve charged. Our sink clogged several times, and whenever we called the front desk, always busy line. Overall, the experience was just average. You can rest during the day, but it’s loud to sleep at night.

My family and I stayed at Pixar Place during our recent trip to Disneyland and it was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we walked in, the staff were so welcoming and helpful. Our room was so clean and comfortable, we appreciated that the room was tidied everyday. The location was amazing, it was so easy to enter the parks. We walked every day and it was nice to be able to go back to the hotel to rest for a bit in the middle of the day. We would definitely stay here again!

Customer Service & Cleanliness 🛎 - This gets a 5/5 ⭐️ the front desk cast members were very helpful and the room was very clean. Unfortunately, this is where the magic ended... Elevators 🧳 - This was a terrible setup. You click on your floor level and get assigned an elevator. During peak hours we kept having to miss our elevator because it was too full for our family of 3 to get in with a stroller. Even if it wasn't full, other guests would literally ask us to "wait" for the next elevator because they didn't want us to squeeze in. Sorry, I'm not waiting 30 more minutes for an elevator. Club Level 🍽 - This was not worth the extra $. Just continental type foods like cereal, yogurt, fruits, pastries in the morning and dinner ended at 6:30PM. It's a long walk to get there from the park so not worth the trek or money. Also, good luck getting there in the morning with the elevator situation, especially if you have a stroller... Pool Level Dining 🍽 - The café here closes as soon as the fireworks start. We were waiting in line before it was scheduled to close and the family ahead of us ordered a handful of meals. When we were finally able to order they told us the kitchen was closed even though we were last in line... this was not a good experience. There was no room service to fall back on either.

Was super pleased with my stay here. The rooms were so cute and fit the pixar theme. Beds were comfy. Had a beautiful view ( for extra $ but worth it!). The amenities were great, was looking for a nice place to still workout and this is the first hotel i’ve stayed at that had a great size gym with many equipment options. They also have a a pool area and play area as well. The second floor also had a toy story mini museum which was really cool. I have dietary needs that would require the use of a microwave for my food and asked the receptionist at the front desk and he was very kind and accommodating and got a microwave sent to my room in only a few minutes, which was very helpful. Cleanliness was also very good. The best part is that it’s super close to DisneyLand and within walking distance!

This was our first time at Disneyland we figured the Pixar would be fantastic…in short it was extremely overpriced for a barely functioning hotel. This hotel wants to be upscale but doesn’t have the amenities, service or quality to justify the price. Pros: decor Cons: elevators that were hit and miss, exorbitant overcharges, thin walls, no bathtub, no microwave on the property, tiny pool. No direct way to parks without going through another hotel or Downtown Disney… Elevators: They have this “neat” elevator system that simply doesn’t work effectively. When you get to the hotel after a long day at Disneyland you don’t want to have to wait 10 minutes in a long line for an elevator to your room. I found myself avoiding going back and forth to not deal with the elevator. I think many guests would give up and use the stairs but we were on the 10th floor :/ Poor amenities: the walls are soo thin we heard a couple having sex very vividly, luckily my son was asleep. No tubs which stinks as a parent with a small kiddo who can’t shower. No microwaves on the property we were told we can heat up food in the hotel next door (wild). The pool was very small, very overcrowded and poorly managed adults were constantly throwing kids in the shallow pool, not enough seats, didn’t seem clean and didn’t smell like chlorine. Exorbitant fees, I went for a week, at check in they put a nearly $700 hold on my card for incidentals. Next I was told on the phone with the disney rep that parking costs $40 when I get there it’s actually $45 per day with tax ($7) so we ended up paying $368.55 just to park. The stay at the value hotels in Disneyworld surpass this BY FAR for a significantly cheaper cost. Disneyworld had families in mind. Do not recommend as a practical option for families.
