Ashley gave me a foot massage and spa treatment that was honestly the best I’ve ever had — and I’ve been to the Ritz-Carlton Half Moon Bay, Shangri-La Sri Lanka, Cocoon Spa in SF, and several spas in Bali. Her touch was healing and incredibly skilled; the scrub, honey treatment, and soaps left my feet feeling completely renewed. She was also warm, attentive, and just a genuinely kind person to be around. Chris made the day even more special — it was my birthday, and he went out of his way to bring me treats and check in on me, all with such a thoughtful, attentive attitude. I actually ran into him again about two hours later, working hard in the security area, which just showed how dedicated and hands-on he is across the property. Between Ashley’s incredible skill and Chris’s genuine warmth, this was easily one of the best hospitality experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend requesting Ashley for a treatment if you’re visiting!

I've had the privilege of staying here a few times since it opened, and have always had an amazing time. The cast members here are simply the best of the best, and always made my family and I feel welcome. The lobby is immaculate, and the details all around are truly stunning. We had a view overlooking Grizzly Peak and it was always fun watching the park come alive as the sun rose in the morning. The DVC area is a bit of a walk, but very nice as well. I've never stayed in the DVC section myself, but had a family member who did and showed us around. If you can, I'd highly recommend splurging and staying here. There's nothing like going on Grizzly River Rapids multiple times in a row, getting drenched, and being a short walk to your hotel room to shower and change and pop back into the park via your own private entrance. Especially in the morning. I love walking in and getting a head start on nearby rides that are a bit of a walk from the main entrance. One of my favorite details of the resort is the stained glass doors at the entrance. If you ever have a chance to stop and admire them, do. They're gorgeous, and similar imagery is sprinkled throughout the resort. This hotel is truly a work of art.

Overall experience was amazing. The availability and ease of the getting in and out of the parks and downtown makes it worth it. The rooms are very comfortable and its Disney so customer service was top notch. The room was said to be ready but when we got to the room they were still cleaning up with room service - no biggie but it was literally the only thing that was not 100%

Excellent club level service. Super convenient location...walk out of the hotel, go through a park security check with a very short line, enter Downtown Disney and then either Disneyland or California Adventure. Rooms are clean with good layout and amenities, but a bit small for more than two people.

You pay for the location, service, and amenities, but the rooms themselves honestly were nothing to write home about and our courtyard view was just meh. The rooms were nice, but I expected them to be exceptional, but they weren’t too far off from your typical 3 star hotel. Also not a big deal but the shower drain was kind of clogged from the get go but with Disney to explore, we just dealt with it. The service was great, though, with everyone being very patient and kind. And of course, the location is amazing, having a private entrance to California Adventure. The lobby is also breathtaking. We used to pool too which was really great with several large heated pools (including one with a slide) and hot tubs available. We didn’t use the gym but we checked it out and it was spotless and modern, plus they had some complimentary water bottles in there which were a nice touch. I have no regrets, but not sure if it’s worth it value wise unless you really want to splurge or really value the location.
