Great Location for a Hotel near Disneyland. My family and I were in the area for a day trip to Disneyland and picked this hotel for our stay because of how close it was. Like many of the reviews the rooms are dated and not that clean. Our particular room was a family suite with bunk beds and it was clean to hotel standards but I could tell there was dust in some areas. I ended up bringing our own cleaning supplies and cleaning the whole room with wiping down high touch areas and sanitizing all the beds and sheets and seating areas and such. Over all the room was quiet could not hear neighbors. The beds were comfortable and the AC worked great.

I stayed while attending Disney's D23 Expo 2026. Very close to the Anaheim Convention Center. I arrived the day before the 3-day event and left the day after, never needing a car. Many restaurants nearby. I liked the room, with separate sleeping and sitting areas, divided from each other by sliding French doors. The fridge and microwave allowed me to prepare simple meals in my room each day. The easy to understand themostate made it very easy to set the temperature to my preference. I felt very comfortable with my safety; both the building and the room were cardkeyed. Elevators, though, were slow. Though I didn't have a car, it was clear that parking is an issue here. There is no excess capacity, basically one parking spot per room, and you should expect the hotel to be full most of the time. There are only two parking places to handle arrival registration, which can be a big problem at busy registration times. Of neccessity, the hotel is strict about parking. I saw someone getting ticketed by Anaheim police as I departed at the end of my stay. Rates were competitive with similar hotels in this area, but know that the city of Anaheim is pretty aggresive with hotel taxes.

We stayed at this hotel for 6 nights. We were forced to change rooms the first night due to horrific smells in the room that were making us ill. The front desk handled it without issues and I was relieved our new room was completely ok! My friends unfortunately had multiple issues with check in for their room despite us booking nearly at the same time for the same package (6 nights + 2 Disney days) This hotel is pretty dated compared to its neighbors but it is also very affordable. If you just need a place to sleep with clean beds and a hot shower, this is your hotel. The pool was fine but very small. Location wise it is about 15 mins from either the Convention Center OR Disneyland, which is pretty nice if you're like me and needing to go to both places. As of April 2026, it did not have a shuttle or anything so you will need to walk to Disney. Having the CVS and Walgreens nearby was incredibly helpful as well. The hotels vending machines were not working for us giving "too many transactions" errors for the 2 we tried on floors 1 and 3 so having those nearby shops was a lifesaver. On the last day we were awoken very early by what I assume was houseekeeping at 8:30am despite our leave time being 11am, which was pretty annoying. They didn't come that early the other times they came so I don't know why they did on our last day. (and reading reviews others had similar issues on their last days) All in all if you need a hotel on a budget, this place is a decent pick. If you want amenities or a modern looking hotel this is NOT your hotel. The staff was very nice and I had no complaints there. I'm not sure I'd stay here again but if I was looking to save some cash, I would consider it.

I stayed at the Anaheim Portofino Inn & Suites for 4 days and honestly would not stay here ever again. SAVE YOURSELF!!!! The hotel was extremely noisy, DIRTY, and very run down. The entire property felt neglected and nothing like what we expected for a hotel near Disneyland. The parking situation was a complete disaster too. On a busy Memorial Day weekend, workers were blocking off parking spots to trim trees, which made parking even more frustrating and chaotic for guests trying to come and go. Housekeeping was basically nonexistent. During our entire 4-day stay, nobody came to clean the room, refresh towels, or even check on us once. Customer service was also frustrating because communication was very difficult with ALL staff members because of language barriers. Overall, the hotel seriously needs updates, better maintenance, and major improvements in guest service and organization. The location near Disneyland is convenient, but that was the only positive part of our stay.

Very close to Disneyland, great to park your car and just walk. Rooms were okay, beds were nice, busy all day walking so anything would be nice. Bathrooms are kinda out dated and had hair in corners so not well cleaned. Furniture in the rooms were beat up and out dated as well. The hall ways were extremely hot, not air flow or even AC. We were there for 3 nights. Always wanted to stay here for years and I would probably not stay again unless maybe rooms were up dated. Cost wasn't bad, but I would say too much for what the rooms were.
