Conflicting recent experience at the Ducks team store. The store itself itself is amazing, and one of the biggest NHL teams stores I've been to, if not the biggest. Super clean, well laid out and a lot of great variety of merchandise. The amount of high quality hats, shirts, and general merch that is available is incredible. However, there are 2 things that negatively affected my visit here. First, you aren't allowed to film video. Which I partly understand, but the way I was told was pretty rude. Just yelled at from across the store by a worker. I didn't see any signs saying that you couldn't film, but it's possible I missed it. Either way, you can politely tell somebody something (especially a customer), vs yell it at them. The other, which was the biggest negative of my visit (and is on the back of what I mentioned above), was the staffs attitude in general. They clearly did not want to be there. I met and spoke with the manager and he was incredibly nice and very great to talk to, but the actual workers behind the desk and in the store were objectively invisible and when they weren't invisible they were rude. Not once did anyone say hi to me, ask me if I needed help, try and make conversation, and even when I walked up to the counter to buy something (only person in line)... the two workers (taller guy and a girl), they saw me... but continued to talk and laugh like it was a clique that I wasn't invited to. After standing there for 30 seconds I had to actually ask for someone to step to the cash. 3 steps away, saw me, and just continued to talk. Clearly the workers do not want to be there, and clearly they do not have customer service skills at all. As a massive Hockey fan, I have waited decades to finally visit the Anaheim area and specifically visit the Anaheim Ducks team store. The store was incredible, but the general workers (not including the manager) were a huge let down. I've been lucky enough to visit 12 of the 32 NHL team stores, and this was the worst of the 12 in terms of customer service. By reading the other reviews saying similar things, I'm glad I'm not the only person to have noticed this.

Zero customer support. I’ve been trying to order a new hoodie and a couple of t-shirts to support the team in this years playoffs run! I’ve tried ordering from a phone, tablet and computer and for some reason it won’t process the order. However it does take payment. So I’ve tried about 3 times per device now. Called the credit card company about as many times having being charged without any order confirmation. I’ve sent 5 emails and called 10 times at different times of day over a weeks period. I cannot get ahold of anyone to help my resolve the issue I’m having. I’d really like to support the team! I’ve been a ducks fan for about 24 years now. Starting one Christmas in a small Calgary, Alberta, Canada house at the age of 3 I was gifted a classic purple and green home jersey. And wore it everyday until I out grew it. In a town with a hatred for anything but the home team! I’ve been a ducks fan since that day! For the past 24 years I’ve worn something branded with the Anaheim ducks everyday! Please I love the team and really just want to order some new gear! Go ducks go

BIG. DUCK. ENERGY! The Anaheim Team Store exudes Duck fandom and has some incredible merch for all types of Duck budgets. I forgot my sweater and bought a cool Ducks sweater for an OK price lol. Could prices be a little cheaper? Of course. That being said, this store has everything! Shirts, jackets, stuffed Wild Wings, hats, pins, and obviously JERSEYS! The team store has a specific section where you can buy your jersey and customize it accordingly. You can add your name or the name of a player! The staff my family and I encountered were super nice. The attendants had a smile on their face and treated EVERYONE nicely. One of the girls at the register was fantastic! My favorite part of this store is that they partner with local artists and diverse creators to produce excellent official Ducks merch.

My wife and I placed an order for pickup and decided to go pick up the order 3 hours later. Store was completely empty with 3 employees sitting around not working and instead of getting our items while we were there, they refused to help us and said if we wanted the items right then we could look for them and purchase the items and then ask for a refund for the online purchase on Monday. We decided to look for the items and couldn’t find them and the employees didn’t bother helping. When we asked if it was in inventory they said they didn’t know and it could be across the street at the arena but they’re only open during the games. Like how is it possible that all 3 employees are this clueless on how to look up their own inventory in store. They then asked us to send a email to a random email to get an update on where and when we could get our already purchased inventory. I’m a huge ducks fan and go to 15-20 games a year but this process was beyond stupid to put your fans through. We literally wanted the items because we’re going to the game tomorrow with our 7 month old daughter and it was an outfit for her. Really bad look for the Ducks to have these employees representing your team store

Ordered a jersey online and paid extra for 1 day shipping bc I wanted to wear the jersey at Sundays game and the team store is closed on Sundays. Just got an email that my jersey has been refunded with no explanation as to why. As a ducks fan, how else can we get merch? Real talk lol, where can I buy a jersey? Cause the team store ain’t it apparently .
