I love this place! The Dance Floor is my safe haven and I’m short of words to describe how much I love and admire what Giti and her dream team not only have created, but continue to foster there. From day 1, a few years ago, my experience there had been wonderful and life changing. It is a magical place where I have met wonderful people, it’s a healing place where I get stronger and happier, it’s a community that lifts, supports, and encourages each other with laugh, joy, hugs, and love. From the power hours, through yoga, choreo classes, to the awesome cardio classes, there’s no shortage of choices. Even on my laziest days, I always feel great after taking a class. It's the 2nd anniversary of joining the dance floor and I cannot imagine not being a part of this fabulous and supportive community. The classes are varied with great teachers bringing their own flavor and fun choreo. There is truly something for everyone. I would say it is a great way to get your daily exercise and it is but it is also the place to get your daily dose of joy.

Today has been 1 year since I joined the Dance Floor. The classes are incredible, all teachers amazing and the community kind and inclusive. This community is giving me so much joy during such a hard time, basically keeping me sane and growing. My body, spirit and heart feel fed and improved.

Good for the body, great for the mind, AMAZING FOR THE SOUL. There are no words and all the words for the amount of joy The Dance Floor brings to my life... luckily I can express it in the back row singing to my favorite jams and moving *somewhat* with the beat. I love this place and can't wait for my daughter to start the K-2 class soon!

Anyone who loves to dance will love sweating in rhythm with friendly people at The Dance Floor. The teachers are experienced dancers who put together fantastic routines, and you leave the studio feeling happy. Check out The Dance Floor on Solano Avenue in Albany!
