I went for a nail trim for a large anxious dog and he came back traumatized. He was muzzled, and held down while crying. I wasn’t allowed to be there. This is not worth the good deal to get your pet traumatized. Not giving one star because the staff was friendly but clearly not trained to handle anxious pets.

I had such a wonderful experience here! Everyone was so kind and gentle with my dog, and the service was quick and successfully . I really appreciated how well they treated my dog. They talked her through her appointment. I’ll definitely be coming back for future nail trims and highly recommend them!🐶💓🎀
