Since returning to Alameda Fitness & Spa which, WoW! Was a year ago now! I guess it’s true. Time Fly’s When Your Having Fun! Everyone from the GM to the Cleaning Staff, Front Desk Trainers & Coaching Staff have been nothing less than Wonderful! Cheers to you all and Thank You for making me and my friends feel so welcomed. Our Racquetball Family continues to get better and yes bigger! There are many services and sports here but for me it’s Racquetball. If you are in the area or simply visiting our neighborhood come by and experience a truly wonderful place to play Racquetball or simply get a swim in! You’ll bee buzzing about this organization as well!

This place has everything! I love how clean the facility is. I’ve personally seen house keeping check on the toilets 2-4 times a day as my office is located inside the gym space. As a PT clinic owner, I was looking for a space that my patients could also use long term esp with Aqua therapy. Needless to say they are really happy with their membership here esp with all the classes and the split rooms that gives them privacy to workout . The manager Edward is very approachable and everyone working there are extremely helpful and friendly. Francisco, Eric, Maria, John to name a few. Thank you!

I’m hoping to come back with a better updated review however I have to say that things can definitely use some attention. I’ve been coming to this gym for many years, mostly going to the classes and also using the equipment and weights. There used to be two Smith machines but there’s only one now which is a bummer but I can live with it. Positive points :they have a series of less Mills classes, which I’m very happy about. They have recently updated the schedule to include some additional classes which gives me more options as my work schedule fluctuates, and I can’t always attend the ones on specific days. I have to comment on the biggest downfall, which is the lack of cleanliness. The instructors for the classes are great! However, the equipment Definitely show signs of wear and tear. There’s not a convenient way to clean your equipment after use. You are to pick up a tiny rag at the front desk (if you remember), but no one Is required a reminded to be courteous to clean the equipment after use .I was in the first class of the morning and noticed a very dirty floor with sweat drops and stains. I also went to the women’s bathroom to wash my hands only to find dispensers for hand sanitizer, but not soap. The soap dispenser was not even there. If they could update their equipment and keep the place cleaner This would have a higher rating. I have no problems with the staff. Everyone has been courteous to me.

The gym is great and private. The staff is also very nice and helpful. The gym is also very clean and provides rags to wipe the machines.

Nice personnel, always helpful, great classes most included, swimming pool warm and always available. Manager very nice and ready to accommodate your needs. Great facility with many different rooms in size and a big variety of equipment. Clean facility, locker room large and comfortable. I’ve been going to this gym for over 4 years and it improves all the time, I don’t see myself in a different place. Also all the amenities we have available like private hot tub and common hot tub, sauna, drinks available for purchase.
