10/10 My favorite place for workout!! The sessions are amazing, instructors are very energetic and passionate in teaching, and this studio offers a variety of classes(hot yoga, more intense hot pilates style, more relaxing stretch & meditation class). I genuinely enjoyed every single one of classes, and I can’t wait to attend another one tomorrow. Highly recommend for anyone who loves hot yoga, and wants to try out infrared studio. + Like the other reviews say, if you are a newcomer, I recommend coming to the class 15 mins early because I saw the doors getting locked once class starts.

Infrared Yoga · Barre shares a building space and amenities with Shred415. There is street parking and a Belcarra parking lot. The infrared heated studio is up a small flight of stairs. The heat was optimal to enhance movement and generate detoxifying sweat, but not overwhelmingly hot. Currently only yoga classes are offered, no barre or fusion classes, but I look forward to them whenever they will be available. The posted hours are inaccurate; there are 7:30PM classes on Monday and Wednesday. Refer to their MindBody class schedule for most up-to-date hours. -1 star because the policy for late arrivals is not consistent at all. I've seen them let in students as late as 10 minutes past class time while also locking access to the front door before the posted class time.

Instructor great. Two participants in front of the excit door left puddles of sweats on floor and stepped out with their wet feet leaving floors covered with their sweat. Perhaps it will be helpful to either ask them to clean or offer to mop before the rest of us had to step on their sweat. 🤢

Really good experience with the yoga here, all the instructors are wonderful and you really do feel like you get a nice little staycation!

I’m disappointed regarding the vacation policy; as a newcomer, I was promised that I could take a week off, but that didn't happen. Be vigilant! However, the classes are great!
