I have ordered from this company twice. Both times have been easy & super quick shipping. Fedex lost one of the packages and I contacted Homebuilders Hardware and they sent out a replacement the same day!!!! Great customer service, fast response, and they have inventory in stock! A+ service all the way around

The door closers we purchased over 5 years ago are still working smoothly as the day they were installed. These are extremely durable.

I purchased a set of three entrance locksets from Homebuilders Hardware (via their Amazon store). Much to my surprise, upon receiving the items, I discovered that all three had neither lock cylinder installed nor keys! I am sure Homebuilders Hardware were just as surprised as I was when I reported this to them, but to their enormous credit they were able to quickly confirm that this was a defective lot from the manufacturer, and dispatched a replacement set to me by express mail, along with a paid return shipping label. Friendly and efficient service, highly recommended!

I had a wonderful experience dealing with the team at Homebuilders Hardware Inc in resolving an issue I had with one of their products. They were VERY RESPOSIVE and FAST in getting the problem fixed. Will certainly do business with them again. Great company!

I had to exchange the hinges I bought for a different finish. Homebuilders was very helpful and quickly sent out a replacement set. I'm very happy with the product quality and excellent customer service.
