I can’t recommend this studio enough! From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is incredibly welcoming and clean. The instructors are fantastic, and keep the energy positive throughout the entire class. Whether you're a complete beginner or have been doing Pilates for years, you'll feel challenged but supported. It’s easily become the best part of my weekly routine!

If you haven’t checked out Ascend Pilates Studio yet, you’re missing out. The vibe, the classes, the energy, everything is on another level. Every instructor is amazing and Malky is the sweetest ever. Whether you’re a beginner or advanced, they make you feel so comfortable while still giving the best workout. And the studio itself?! Literally stunning. Huge shoutout to Bruchy Yudkowsky for the insane design, every detail is gorgeous. Go look at their page and try a class because wow.
