I had an amazing experience! Until they weren’t honest with me. My battery was already showing it needed to be replaced immediately. Only to find out that there was an order to replace battery a week before I bought it. So when I confronted them they said the battery was good. He handed me the battery test slip and it said 55% health ?! If it was just replaced how is the 12v battery (supposedly brand new) saying 55% and needed immediate attention?! What a joke. Another thing that needed immediate attention was the air filter that was obviously never changed before I bought the car and that was another immediate attention diagnostic. I can’t believe they put the air filter back in my car the way it was. Aren’t they supposed to do a full service inspection and make sure everything‘s good before they put it on the lot? Ashley was so easy to get along with and so fun throughout my time buying my car. Thank you so much❤️ BUT the service department is shady. They couldn’t take any accountability for my under shield not being on my car when I bought the car. I had to pay for that upfront, but it was back ordered with no ETA but then when I had a question why my oil life was only showing 50%. They said that they needed to install the under shield.. they acted like they had already had it and there was no sense of urgency to call me and tell me that the back ordered part was all of a sudden there. I’m never taking my car there.

This is my 4th vehicle and 2nd Jeep from Joshua Tree CDJR and I’m still blown away every single time. Nick Fletcher is an absolute legend. Straight-up favorite person at the whole dealership. No high-pressure nonsense, no weird games, just pure competence and real talk. He made the financing feel easy and actually human instead of like I was getting mugged in a fluorescent box. Drove out of there feeling like I’d just won something instead of surviving a car deal. If you’re anywhere near Yucca Valley / Joshua Tree and you need a Jeep (or anything else), go see Nick. Do yourself the favor. Five stars isn’t enough. These people get it.

first, I wanna start by saying I apologize to the workers of this facility and my utter exhaustion. I most likely looked super annoyed at everything For that, I am sorry. Second Doug was absolutely amazing. He was patient and a great Conversationalist. He was extremely helpful and I have nothing but gratitude for what they were able to do for us today! Thank you, Doug for being a kind hearted individual and extremely helpful. I love my new car!
