10/10 would recommend. Fixed my flat tire quickly without an appointment. Very friendly service. Free of charge when I didn’t even purchase my tires here. (I will be from now on) Nice to have a little win in this economy. Very much appreciated!!

Always such a great help to me. You can’t beat FREE flat repairs!! Plus they have great prices on tires. Peter at the front desk is always so nice and so helpful. I highly recommend American Tire Depot in Yucca Valley.

Pete took the time to give me options on the phone. I researched my options and landed on a nice set of Yokohamas. He matched tired rack in different ways. I came I and he made sure I got a good deal I was happy with!

Took my truck here to get my wheels rebalanced and rotated. Staff is always easy going and helpful. The guy at the front desk here this morning definitely needs a raise. (Sorry I can’t remember his name) Answering non stop phone calls while still helping customers and having a positive attitude is a great thing to see as a business owner myself. Will definitely recommend to my clients/friends and family.

I cannot emphasize how poor my experience was… I went in for new tires, a 100,000 mile inspection, and an oil change the first time, and waited 8 hours in the shop for them to finish. I don’t believe they did anything for the inspection. The next day my oil was leaking where it never had before, so I brought my car back to check on it. I waited another 5 hours only for them to tell me they hadn’t gotten to it by the end of the day, and told me to come back the next day. I showed up at opening time the next morning and waited another 8 hours for them to replace my oil pan. Three days of waiting in that shop and more issues than I started with means I’ll only change my own oil ever again.
