I am incredibly thankful and absolutely over the moon with my experience at Yuba City Nissan. José made my car-buying process quick, smooth, and stress-free. Because my time was very limited, he went above and beyond by completing about 90% of the process before I even arrived at the dealership. When I walked in, José greeted me right away, we took a quick test drive, and he seamlessly handed me off to Eddie in finance. Eddie was just as amazing—professional, efficient, and respectful of my time. As a full-time caregiver for my dad, time away is very limited for me, and both José and Eddie truly went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and ensure I got exactly what I wanted. I have never experienced such a fast and smooth car-buying process—I was in and out in about an hour and a half! This is my second vehicle purchased from this dealership, and each experience has been better than the last. I highly recommend Yuba City Nissan to anyone looking for exceptional service.

They were very respectful and even offered to take me to lunch. They even drove an hour to pick me up. Very polite and not pushy like others. Very satisfied with the over all experience with them. Jose was a big help, with providing information and answered all my questions and inquiries. I went in to get an oil change and left with another vehicle I am excited to own. The other staff were also very friendly and helpful, so a big thanks to everyone for excellent customer service :)

Went to Yuba City Nissan because of Jose Chavez, the best car salesman in Northern California. He was helpful, insightful, easy to work with, knowledgeable and Nissan needs to give this dude a bonus. I was only there buying because of him. I’ll also go back and buy again and I’ll tell everyone I know to go to him. Yuba City Nissan give this dude a raise. He deserves it. The car is also amazing but the experience was even better. Dude hooked us up. Thanks Jose!!! I’m going to tell all my friends to go see you
