A/C in my SUV was not working. No one likes spending 5k in vehicle repairs. However, they diagnosed and replaced my whole system along with some mechanical parts for my cooling system. I work 14s and they were able to take over the phone payments and arrange for me to pickup my vehicle after store hours. Will take to them for any future repairs

I scheduled an appointment online for an oil change. I show up and I'm told the techs are busy and they need to schedule me for the following week. So, that was an hour wasted, not to mention the 20 minute drive each way. I come back the following week for my oil change and when it's time to pay, I give them the coupon for $59.97. They want to charge me $73. I ask about the price and I'm told my coupon is the old promotion. They end up honoring it though. Here's the kicker, I get two copies of the $59.97 coupon in the mail this week. If it's the "old" promo, why am I still getting the coupon? I just did not enjoy my experience with this business.

This place is awesome! They do excellent work and are very trustworthy. I moved to the area in 2017, and have not had great experiences with automotive shops. However, after taking my Ford Explorer here and receiving excellent service with fair pricing, I will only trust Boradori with my vehicles now. If youre looking for an honest shop that does excellent work, look no further than Boradori. Highly, highly recommended!!

Professional and do great work at reasonable prices. Very focused on the customer and taking care of their needs. Snack bar and coffee while you’re waiting on your vehicle to be completed. Also if the job is going to take a while they have transportation to take you to your home and bring you back. If you’re having an issue with your vehicle or just need an oil change call and make an appointment today.
