I'm pretty frugal, agonize over big purchases, never make impulsive purchases, and don't get attached to cars. Closing a sale with me can take forever. I've wanted to see a Sierra EV up close to consider a purchase down the road. I think I can make it work as a towing vehicle for work, but it's a lot of money to invest in a hunch. I'm from out of state, and my local dealers really don't carry much in the EV line. I saw Watsonville had a handful of them, so I stopped in. They pulled it out of their super well-stocked parking lot, let me get in it, and even let me test-drive it. No tricks, no taking my number, or ID. No, handing me off to another person, none of that kind of thing, I have experienced in some places. I left better than when I arrived. I know more now, and I never felt pressure. CA sales tax makes it hard to consider a purchase there, and I told them as much. They didn't change their hospitality toward me when I told them that, but suggested I talk to the manager, which was still a no-pressure, pleasant conversation, leaving me with strategies for purchasing a vehicle as an out-of-state customer that I had not considered. It's been about a week now, and I'm home. I would consider them an option if I choose to buy one of these trucks. Good job, Watsonville Cadillac GMC

We found our latest EV at this dealership by chance as a result of random late night online search :) and extremely quick response from the dealership! Venessa, our sales mgr, was really nice and helpful in getting us all the information quickly and getting the test drive and purchase set up within one day! Overall really pleasant experience, well worth the hour and half drive from the Bay Area!!
