If I could give zero stars if I would. Not enough space in a google review to accurately explain how horrible my experience has been with this dealership. But to summarize: quoted one price, upsold saying I needed additional parts, water damage (multiple times), missing bolts MULTIPLE times, 3 times to get them to replace (under warranty) my catalytic converter (said it was a loose bolt), BAR said they have never seen such negligence or a case go unresolved for this long. Avoid them. At all cost... because it will cost you. These people are scammers, Martin and Randall are absolutely the worst. I went to buy another NEW car and was thrilled to not give them any business. If I was the suing type, I'd be going after them. I already wasted too much time on these idiots. Don't do the same.

We had a great experience. Ivan was wonderful in helping us select a car that fit our needs. He wasn’t pushy, made us feel comfortable and was very friendly. The whole team exceeded our expectations in purchasing a car. When we are ready to purchase another we will definitely go back.

I recently purchased a truck here and it was truly an amazing experience. Both Juan and Felipe made it a very smooth and easy process and erased my stress when purchasing this vehicle. My name is Tanya and I have never wrote a review about a company before because I have not found anything special about them until now. I don’t like dealing with car dealerships and sells people because they’re like vultures out to make a sale, but my opinion has changed. The company I am writing this review about is Watsonville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealership in Watsonville California. Nathaniel was my Product Specialist. He was very courteous and professional. He listened to my concerns and desires and cared about my situation. I could tell he really cared. He addressed all of my questions. He found the exact car that I wanted and kept me apprised every step of the way, even on his day off. He went above and beyond, and I really appreciated . Now Rick, the floor manager is amazing. He listened to me and really cared about my situation and what I wanted and could afford. He went above and beyond and found an amazing deal for me. He really cared about me and my situation not just about making a sale. He made me feel important and listened to. He really cares about his customers and he treats you like family. The last and final step of buying a car is the paperwork which I hate and don’t understand. Jessica the finance manager was wonderful. She is very knowledgeable and she took the time to explain all of the paperwork to me and addressed all of any questions. If you are looking to buy a car or truck and want to deal with a car dealership that really cares with people that will go above and beyond to make the customer happy are treated like family then go to Watsonville Auto Group in Watsonville Ca and deal with Nathaniel Rick and Jessica. I recommend these people and this company to anyone. They have made a loyal customer out of me. I will not go anywhere else. I give them my highest rating. Nathaniel, Rick, and Jessica Thank You

I brought my ‘23 4xe Jeep in for a battery software recall. I was very pleased with the initial schedule availability as well as the quick service once there; turnaround was within 4 hours! However, my only constructive feedback would be that, 1) I had to ask if they would put the Jeep on their charger and he did sound a bit taken back by my request, ( that should be part of the service), 2) when I got there to pick up, instead of bringing my vehicle to me, I was told “it was in the very back, through there and around the corner”. And it was in the farrrr back alright! Far enough that instead of walking, I ask my friend to drive me there! Would give 5* if they followed through with ‘service’ to the very end.
