It's Baked creates custom celebration cakes in San Jose's Evergreen area. The menu includes Indian-inspired flavors such as mawa, cardamom, gulab jamun and ras-malai tres-leches. Almost all cake varieties can be made eggless, subject to confirmation for the specific recipe and filling; not every item is eggless.
