Do not go here! This was the worst haircut I’ve ever had: the stylist cut it way too short. For context, I asked for layers and a small trim and I asked her multiple times to please keep my length, and to not cut a lot of inches off the bottom. She said OK & that she understood me and than she asked me to take off my glasses so she could cut my hair which I understood but that meant that I was not able to see anything she was doing during the entire haircut. She never asked me once during the service if a certain length was OK to cut or if she could cut a certain amount, she just started chopping. When she was finished and asked me if I liked the hair. She stood in front of the mirror so I couldn’t look and acted as if it was a joke and then gave me the handheld mirror to look at the back and started shaking the mirror again to pretend like it was a joke, but it was obviously so that I wouldn’t be able to see clearly in the mirror that she messed up my hair. I paid and went to the car to collect myself and get a better view of my hair and I noticed immediately how bad the haircut was. I went right back in. She dismissed me by saying I didn’t know how layers looked and that I just have wavy hair. Another stylist was nice enough to try to fix it, but unfortunately, at that point she had cut so much off the top that there was no fixing. She gave me a very mullet-shaggy uneven cut. The manager Catherine was nice enough to give me my refund but my $30 refund doesn’t fix the amount of growth that the stylist cut off the top. I spent a year growing out my hair. I went into this Great Clips because it was the local one to me and I wanted to support them. It was three days before my birthday and they absolutely ruined my hair. I have been so embarrassed to go outside. The woman who cut my hair was a very short, very old Asian woman with a heavy accent. She was nice, but her kindness wasn’t the issue. It’s her lack of skills and lack of knowledge of cutting. Unless the manager wants to give out dozens of refunds all the time for bad haircuts that this women messes up, THAN they need to take her off the floor and train her better. You can go through these reviews and see that getting your haircut way too short at this Great Clips isn’t a one time thing it’s happened to many people. DONT RISK IT.

We came here on a Saturday morning right before the opening time. The hairdresser was very nice, she checked me and my husband in. We waited only 5 minutes and got our hair done in about 10-15 minutes. It cost $25 + $5 tip (per person). It wasn't like the best haircut/hairstyle but you shouldn't expect that from a $25 haircut either. I was just looking for a quick decent simple haircut and I got what wanted so no complaints from me. We both like our hairdressers. They were really friendly, nice and polite! Definitely recommend but then again, remember to set your expectations right!

This was my first time trying out Great Clips. I am so happy I chose to try this location. I was greeted by Celi. She was such a delight and so polite. She took me right away and asked me exactly what I would like her to do with my haircut. She gave me some suggestions and she did exactly what she mentioned and I walked out of there so happy. The prices are really good. I have to also mention that the salon was very clean and the other ladies working that day were very nice. I will be coming back to see Celi and have her make me pretty again. Thanks Great Clips for employee Celi.

Just had a haircut, where I clearly told her to cut 1 inch and later she cut more than 2 inches and said I cut more than 2 inches because that looked good. Well, never coming back here.

Haircut was great. But the coupon I received from Great Clips corporate (a nationally advertised TV "football" deal for $9.99) was refused. A new sign at the checkout counter says that only coupon offers valued at $15.99 or higher are allowed at this location. Sadly, they would not even allow me to hand over my $9.99 corporate coupon and charge me $15.99. Because I had no other coupons with me I ended up being charged full price $27 and the employee added her own coupon to reduce it to $22.
