I had a really bad experience here. This saloon was not letting me check in online so I called them, the Chinese lady in the picture picked up phone. I asked if we can come, she said yes as there is no rush in the saloon. Then I called again condo that we have baby hair shaving that needs to be done. She said yes again and asked to come. As soon as we reached there she started kind of hiding. She did not want to do any more work it seems and started saying she needs to clean up. Wasted our time. And she did not even acknowledge it she just started hiding inside.very bad. And the boy with her who was working with someone else had nothing to say too. Even though I said I had called twice before coming.

Worst experience for my teen with Hispanic curly hair. We have come here before with better experience. Today my son had Vivian. He told her shoulder length it was above shoulder length. He looks like a girl now. They cut his bangs extremely short he told them at his eyebrows. They are 2 inches from the eyebrows. He has senior pictures in one week. He can’t even take his senior pictures. As soon as she was done cutting, he walked out of the store. I didn’t know where he went. When I called him, he told me she did the hair completely wrong. She did not listen. When I confronted her, she just kept fighting with me. I asked to call the manager she would not call so I left my phone number. When I went and found him, I saw his hair and was shocked. I went back in asking them to call the manager this was not right. She still stumbled acting like she didn’t have the number. They started speaking to each other not in English so I couldn’t understand. I then called corporate customer service. All of a sudden they called the manager but they didn’t pick up. I have not heard back I am very upset. My son is an emotional wreak!

I went in with long damaged hair that had dead ends, I knew my hair wasn’t in great shape. The stylist I had was the tall woman from Florida. She commented what horrible shape my hair was in 5+ times… I KNOW, that’s why I’m here for help. She was fairly condescending and I didn’t feel listened to at all about what I wanted. I requested 3-4 inches off, she easily took off 6. I requested long layers/ almost none, and I’ve got tons of pieces 4-5 inches shorter than my shoulders. These are extreme layers that don’t suit my hair type. I look like Steven Tyler and am so upset. My bangs are choppy, and take up the entire front right quadrant of my hair. I’ve NEVER had pangs taken from such a large section. I’m frying my hair with a straightener daily now until this mess can grow.

Marisol did my haircut last month and I was really impressed! Had some second thoughts, but my time and experience at the salon was phenomenal! She provided friendly and exceptional customer service with a sincere and warm welcome! Concluded my time on a positive note with appreciation and gratitude, exceeding expectations! Been getting my haircut with Great Clips for 7 years at a different location and a new beginning. Highly recommend to get your haircut there if you need one!

I cannot say enough good things about Trinh and Marisol at Great Clips at this location. They are incredibly talented and do exactly what you ask for. Honestly, even when I just leave the choice up to them and ask what they think would suit me, it never goes wrong! I truly appreciate their sincerity and skill. Today (June 13th), they were severely short-staffed—only 3 people on shift handling what looked like 100 customers throughout the day. Despite the massive rush, they stayed positive, professional, and gave amazing service. I really hope their management recognizes their hard work and rewards them with some well-deserved goodies or bonuses. They are doing an incredible job for our community!
