Amy gave such horrible service! She is supposed to be the greeter and when I entered she didn’t even say hello. She asked for my name and then continued eating her snacks stuffing her face right in front of me. So rude and unprofessional. This type of service looks so bad for the company! Two stars because if it wasn’t for her everything else would go smoothly.

I just had an implant today, and I must say, I am absolutely impressed with the implant machine they used at the dental office. Dr. Shankar and his team worked tirelessly to ensure that my procedure went smoothly, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Dr. Shankar displayed incredible patience and skill in dealing with my delicate teeth, which put me at ease throughout the entire process. Tiffany and Candy, the two wonderful assistants, were there every step of the way, providing clear translations of all the details during the procedure. And let's not forget Mei, the friendly front desk lady, who explained my treatment plan in a way that was easy to understand. What really struck me about this dental office is their commitment to affordable and reasonable charges. It's refreshing to find a place that values providing high-quality care without breaking the bank

I had a great experience with them. They were able to get me seen promptly. Starting with the front desk to the doctor, my time there was an amazing experience. Very knowledgeable and explained everything to me with solid options i could choose from. Being nervous with dentist myself, i couldn't have been more relaxed throughout the process. I look forward to continuing my dental work with them and i highly recommend thier services.
