I highly recommend Dr. George Ambus and his team. I recently had an urgent dental issue right before an international trip, and Dr. Ambus took exceptional care of me from the very beginning. He was professional, compassionate, responsive, and made me feel that my situation truly mattered. During my treatment, he repaired one tooth where an old filling had come out, and on another tooth he performed a root canal and crown procedure with great care and attention to detail. The entire process moved much faster than I expected, and everything was completed beautifully before my trip. What impressed me most was the level of dedication and personal attention I received throughout the entire experience. Dr. Ambus and his staff made a stressful situation feel manageable and comfortable. Excellent work, excellent communication, and truly outstanding patient care. I am extremely grateful and would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a skilled and caring dentist.

Dr. Ambus and his staff are attentive, detailed, and intentional with their process and procedures. He is willing to take the time to explain the results of your x-rays and what will or will not happen if you maintain proper health care. He'll make recommendations to improve your oral health but not up-sell something you don't need in the current time. I'd recommend to someone looking for a new dentist.

My entire family has been coming to Dr. George Ambus dentistry for over 7 years now. Always the constant professional and his staff is first rate. His recommendations are always valued and appreciated. The office is beautifully located in San Bruno and plenty of parking. Come in for a check up, cleaning or whatever dental needs you may have they have a solution!

I have had regular annual dental hygiene sessions by their most efficient hygienist Christine. Over the years several cavities filled. But recently was in need of a “crown”! I have heard the many horror stories of getting a crown. Never had I expected to experience the exact opposite having Dr. George Ambus and his senior assistant Ben perform the procedure. They were a great team working quickly, in unison, and with MINIMUM discomfort! Very professional yet genuine care for their patients. A 5 Star rating is not sufficient to document my last excellent experience at Ambus Denistry.
