🚫NEVER COME HERE to expect a staff member to help check you in or even greet anyone in and especially never properly identify people if they have a black card membership using the massage machines and to start off with the mens locker room area is straight up discusting toilet seats I had to use in the mens bathroom stalls. I'm a top member with planet fitness and came to NEEDING to use the bathroom ASAP passing through on business! to come inside to check both mens bathroom stalls next to the sink are both super messy and gross and can easily tell it hasn't been touched in a long time or scrubbed down correctly on the floor areas and around the base flooring in months or never due to the build up and coloring and in the photos and either random or the whole staff shift because there is hardly any toilet paper left and no backup toilet paper and unreal white stains at ramdom spots and hair all over random areas of the floor and on the sink areas as well and by looking at the staff member sitting and watching his cell phone not bothered by notifying any other staff or attempting to make any effort to clean the mens locker room the right way how it should be never did anything the whole time I've spent being here. If this was you in need to use the bathroom or bringing your kid of any age to this would be unacceptable!. The bottle sprays dont properly work either and drip out from the bottle and not spraying correctly making a mess while trying to clean the only massage machine that works when they dont put a caution tape or anything to block the other massage machine with random parts out on the floor for somone to get hurt if not looking whole stepping. Overall the mens whole locker room and bathroom and shower area and changing area is a super gross mess and wet everywhere with no wet signs where they need to be and stinks like if someone is sleeping in one of the changing stalls like a homeless smell or something horrible in here. Owners and manager need to take care of this major issue as soon as possible like TODAY!. poor staff management not taking care of customers and treating it like a game and not taking the job seriously!. Never coming here ever again and everyone else should do the same or speak up what needs to be taken care of at this location or use the review to speak up and use photos and videos as proof whats going on here. There is other people out here hungry for work that would do the job like I would in the mens locker room area for everyone. Retrain staff and put paper sign time sheets in different locations of the building areas for hourly checks for restrooms and whole building clean up and stock up on everything for all members to use when coming here and whipping everything down and windows and glass mirrors and there needs to be upgrades on chairs and whatever else in this building. There Needs to be organization and staff not hanging around all the time at the front desk area or the back. Take care of this issue boss owner.

I go to a lot of places that aren't so clean, so, when I say this planet fitness has "FUNK" that means it's pretty much dirty everywhere. I've been in at least 25 different planet fitness places, this was the worst it's small and stuff is busted. You're fired management ! Lol

Absolutely disgusting. Broken soap and sink, lockers literally have doors broken off. Small gym very few free weights area. They need to take out the 30 minute work out area there’s no space in here we need more free machines or free weights or calisthenics area. Please start over this place is the worst gym I’ve ever been to mind you I’ve traveled the whole country.

This location has gone downhill fast. They always run out of paper towels. Many machines have been 'out of order' for weeks. The smith press machine are either too close to each other or too close to the wall. It’s disappointing to pay a membership fee for a facility that feels neglected and unsanitary. I’ve reported this to the front desk, but the staff just seems to shrug it off.

Came in to work out at this location, two guys at the front desk were absolutely accommodating and polite, gym looked decently clean
