I really enjoy coming to F45 San Bruno! The workouts are always challenging but fun, and the coaches do a great job keeping everyone motivated. The facility is clean, well-organized, and has a great energy. I always leave feeling stronger and accomplished!

I love working out at F45! The instructors that I’ve interacted with are so approachable, attentive, and dedicated to their work. I love how organized the workouts are! It is definitely beginner friendly. I would highly recommend checking this place out if you’re looking to get a good workout.

F45 San Bruno has been an incredible community and a great way for me to train keep a healthy lifestyle. The coaches are encouraging but never overwhelming and I always feel supported. They are so helpful with adjustments for proper form and just how to hold weights in general since I’ve never really lifted weights before. I guarantee you will never be bored of the workouts! I highly recommend this place!

This place has taught me so much in just handling and holding weights in general properly. Since I started, I've lost over 10lbs of bodyfat, gained a lot of more muscle definition and dropped my total body percentage fat down to 18.1% from 21.4% in a matter of months. Ive done another fitness Bootcamp before is this is by far the best and my most favorite one.

You won’t find a better gym than F45 San Bruno. The coaches, the members, and the energy at this gym are unmatched. There are people at this gym at all levels with different goals and it is truly a place for all. Whether you are athletic or just getting into fitness or have any type of injuries, they are able to help you and meet you where you are at. Could not recommend this gym more. Even after being a member for well over a year, I still get excited for every class!
