Love this studio!! Decided to take in a class while I was visiting Sacramento for work and Brian was a fantastic and welcoming instructor. Fantastic workout, great energy, and even got a few great local recs from Brian. Will absolutely be trying to make my way over for another class before I leave!!

I’ve been going to Instaphysique and absolutely love it. My husband too! They offer a wide range of class times, which makes it easy to fit workouts into a busy schedule. The Lagree workouts are definitely challenging, but in the best way—super effective and you really feel the results. The instructors are fantastic: encouraging, knowledgeable, and great at keeping the energy up. Highly recommend if you want a tough, rewarding workout in a welcoming environment. You will get stronger

InstaPhysique has changed my life! I leave each workout feeling stronger. The coaches are amazing! Since becoming a mom, this is the one workout routine I am able to stick with. The studio is super clean and feels inviting. I highly recommend trying InstaPhysique!

I’ve been going to Instaphysique for over a year now and absolutely love it. The workouts are consistently challenging (in the best way), and the instructors are so kind, motivating, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Pilates is a great way for strength training without hurting yourself! Lots of times available and very fun! Lagree machines are new and clean. So many different instructors with different styles so it never gets boring. Some days are more legs and some days are more arms or core. There's also circuit days where you also jump on a trampoline. Challenging for men AND women. If you like feeling accomplished, this workout is for you. You will see results! 🤩
