From my very first class at Instaphysique, I felt genuinely welcomed and seen. The instructors take time to check in about how your body is feeling, ask about injuries, and offer hands-on adjustments that make such a difference. I love that they provide options for all ability levels, so you never feel out of place no matter where you’re starting. Every instructor I’ve taken has been amazing, the music and atmosphere are always on point, and booking classes through the app is super easy. After 12 classes, I already feel noticeably stronger and more confident. Highly recommend!

I’m a wellness member so I haven’t tried the workouts. The lymphatic roller and sauna, however, have been life changing. I started coming before my wedding to “debloat”. 💯 it worked! But that is not the only benefit or even most impactful. The rollers are now a part of my wellness routine in creating a healthy, less-stress, baseline of safety. It’s helped my tight fascia and poor circulation immensely. It’s the best membership value I’ve found in the area. And the team is SUPER sweet and always happy to help.

I've been going to Instaphysique on/off since before COVID and last year decided to make it a part of my weekly schedule and got a membership. I absolutely love it! I feel so strong and like my balance has improved. I've tried the stretch classes, the roller, and the sauna. It's been nice to incorporate recovery into my weekly practice. Everyone is super nice and I love introducing my friends to the studio. Highly recommend!

I was hooked from the very first class and have now been going to InstaPhysique for a year! The classes are super fun, and I actually look forward to coming back - which never happened with other workouts. It feels really personal, with the coaches and front desk staff knowing your name. Most importantly, it works! I can’t believe how quickly I’m building muscle in such fun, fast-paced classes.

I’ve loved my experience at Instaphysique so far. From the first day, the staff has been very welcoming and accommodating for someone with absolutely zero experience with both Pilates and Lagree. The classes have been challenging but I love the energy and friendliness of the staff as they have been encouraging along the way.
