Amazing service from the time I called first time till I reached and got my appointment. All staff on the phone and in person was courteous. Spoke to Sara on the phone and then texted with Amanda . Very professional and clear in communication. I didn’t have to wait for my appointment as Infilled out the paperwork ahead of time . I have a Root Canal scheduled, let’s hope the service will stay at a 5 star level and I can provide another update . Definitely recommend this place, oh by the way very clean place . I’ll see if I can post any pictures

The office staff demonstrated positive communication, friendly and helpful towards me as a new patient. I liked the dental staff strategy in communicating the total dental procedure and timeline to address my dental needs. Most of all, I appreciate their professionalism and open to acknowledge patient questions for clarification. This is also critical to establish patient confidence in their services.

It was the worst experience for my 12-year-old son and for me. First, it was his first visit to this office. They wouldn't let me stay with him while they took his X-rays; they told me I had to wait outside, so I did because we thought the X-rays wouldn't take long, and they said they'd call me in after the X-rays. Fourteen minutes passed, and I was very uneasy, so I asked what was going on, Then they told me they were about to call me to come in with my son. I waited another 19 minutes—I never leave my son alone in any doctor’s office—but I tried to wait anyway. Another person came out and told me they were going to do the X-rays on my son. I asked why it was taking so long, and they told me there were a lot of patients. Very upset, I told them, “Then why did you let my son go in first? I didn’t like him being inside without me,” and the person assured me they were going to let me in with him. In short, 25 minutes went by without me being able to have any contact with my son, and they didn’t care. When they finally let me in, my son was uncomfortable, scared, and upset—just like me. We left that awful place, and I absolutely do not recommend it.

Amanda at the front desk is absolutely the nicest, sweetest, and friendliest person I have ever met. Thanks to you and all the staff that I interacted with at my visit today (05-06-2026) for your smiles and kindness. The smallest of gestures leaves a lasting impression, especially in the times that we are living in. Thanks again

I have been coming to Ponderosa Dental for than 20 years. Dr. sales was my dentist but unfortunately he passed away. I have seen many different dentist, receptionist and hygienist. I noticed that ever since it became a corporation, everyone leaves. The reason why I stayed is because I really like my hygienist , his name is Saba. He is very knowledgeable and knows how to do his job. He is kind and friendly , I hope he stays because everyone leaves. Ponderosa Dental needs more employees like Saba.
