This dentist office is great. I had a cleaning done today by Stephanie, it was a wonderful experience. She was genuinely concerned and cared to make sure I was comfortable at every stage. There was no sense of rush as in so many places. It is not often you can visit a place and feel like someone cares for you, and makes you the absolute priority. Thank you.

Had an extraction done about two years ago that cost me only $300. While I was getting the procedure done, they asked how much my care credit amount was. I had more than enough after that procedure for future work done, but instead they took the whole $900 I had on my care credit card. They stole almost $600 more from me than what they charged me for, for the extraction. The fact that this company is allowed to steal extra funds from their clients is absurd! My business with golden smiles is done. I will never go back to them. Be careful when paying for procedures with golden smiles..

I visited as a first‑time patient in July. Dr. Harry told me I had six small cavities based only on an X‑ray but he never examined my teeth with an explorer and said my teeth were very clean. The coordinator, Mirna, then insisted I had 5mm bone loss and needed a deep cleaning with laser treatment; even after I told her Dr. Harry had said my teeth were clean and had not mentioned anything about bone loss or even taken any measurements. Mirna ignored my comment and pushed the procedure and pressured me in a way that felt predatory and aggressive, which ruined the entire visit. Later that day I had an exam with another dentist who said I have no cavities. She definitely thought i was some naive young person with no knowledge of dentistry and tried taking advantage of it. I felt pressured toward unnecessary treatment and would recommend avoiding this office

Extremely disappointed with this office. My father-in-law had extractions in May, and we planned with the office manager that once he healed, he’d come back for impressions to start his dentures. We came in last Thursday for that appointment and waited over an hour past our scheduled time (11am appointment, not seen until 12. Once in the chair, the doctor said he could get his impressions then a nurse said they couldn’t, because insurance approval had never been sent out, something that should’ve been handled back in May or before we arrived. Staff then pushed to “just take pictures” instead, which felt like billing insurance for the visit rather than actually moving his care forward. He has no teeth and is in pain eating solid food. He needs his dentures ASAP, and this office’s lack of communication and urgency has cost him weeks. We won’t be back.

After going through many reviews, I decided to bring my elderly father here for a new pair of dentures. I thought I was putting him in great hands, but unfortunately, it was a big mistake. The process was not only long, the dentures didn’t fit him well in the end. He has gone back a few times for adjustments, and the doctor said “this is the best I can do.” My elderly father is unable to eat and is in pain from the dentures not fitting properly. This was his one shot to get new dentures as he cannot afford to get another pair so now he has left unable to eat proper meals and pain forever.
