We had been coming here for 4 years and seen three different dentists during that time, and while our prior experiences had been fine, this last visit changed everything. He never had a cavity until recently, and he had a small pit cavity on his occlusal baby molar that wasn't even visible on the x-ray. During our appointment on a Wednesday at 11:00 AM, the doctor simply asked, 'Do you have any questions, mom?' without explaining anything about the treatment beforehand. It is impossible to ask informed questions when nothing has been thoroughly explained by the staff or doctor. Because I work in the industry, 1 am deeply disappointed by the severe lack of communication and transparency. Treatment and anesthesia were added or proceeded with without proper explanation or prior discussion, and consent forms were presented without a clear walkthrough. Communication from the staff was VAGUE, leaving no room for options. While I was luckily able to catch the nitrous addition and have it removed, it makes me truly concerned for patients or parents who don't work in the field and might not know what to look out for. Because of these practices, I will not be returning, and I will no longer be referring anyone here, despite working right down the street.

We are no longer patients at Lollipop, and after my recent phone experience, I am very glad we made the decision to leave. I requested copies of my children's dental records from the time they were patients, only to be told that the office charges $40 per patient to have records sent electronically via email. I was shocked by this fee. The practice is not what it used to be when Dr. Mary was overseeing the office. Back then, it felt warm, welcoming, and family-oriented. Unfortunately, it now feels much more business-focused and far less family-friendly. Our experience towards the end of our time at Lollipop was disappointing, and this latest interaction confirmed that we made the right choice in finding a new dental provider.

Everyone is always so friendly and patient! The environment is bright cheery. Miss Katie the hygienist was wonderful!! She made my daughter feel so comfortable and talked her through every step. Dr Trina was quick and kind. Thank you!

Be very careful when deciding to take your kids here. My son got braces and was not covered by insurance, I paid his whole treatment out of pocket. I got a bill for about 300 for the pediatric office downstairs, I asked why and they said it was covered. He had medical prior to getting our insurance. I made sure that the plan we got lollipop was within network. Until it was all set up, my husband took him to his appointment. According to them everything was good, months later I get a bill. If he was not covered, why did they go forward with his appointment? Now they refuse to take my sons braces off until I pay off the balance, mind you a service I PAID FOR IN FULL out of pocket!! My son has to pay for YOUR MISTAKE!! I will not be taking my daughter here after this!!! . Calling my insurance to see what other place is in network. Learned from the experience with my son. Taking all 3 of my kids elsewhere! And definitely not recommending them again.

Dr. Pham was absolutely wonderful with our kids. We’ve been coming here for several years and the experience has always been positive. The staff is very attentive and efficient. It means a lot to have very patient, understanding, and accommodating dental office.
