Excellent sound bath healing by Se Shen. Beautiful outdoor space. Easy location with parking. Clean. Open. Bright. I felt safe. Delicious tea and chat after the event.

The Open Practice is the perfect combination of strength training, cardio, balance work and stretching. Jacqui keeps each session unique and fun. I go several times a week and enjoy every session. Highly recommend! Love the restorative yoga as well. Beautiful space.

The vibe here is so nice and class offerings are solid. I’d like to see cost breaks for locals or classes under an hour or any other perks to allow locals to come more. The class passes help but still pricey and competing with the Athletic club and other studios.
