I just finished the Winter Retreat at Light and Space. The words that come to mind are lovely, nourishing, attentive, inclusive, welcoming, community-minded, joyful, authentic, and steady. I have traveled far and wide in the yoga world, and this little studio is uniquely wonderful. Samantha and Lara are such great ambassadors for Light and Space as embodiment for the studio's name. Please do yourself a favor and join them for their next retreat if you can. It exceeded my expectations. Om!

Gina lead an absolutely fun & powerful flow! Many times I wanted to call quits but she would have me laughing & I felt the need to power though. Did I wish for it to end; 100% but as my mat became a slip & slide… it felt right. Can’t help myself, I’m wanting to go back!!

I moved to Ojai last May. I found Light and Space to continue my exploration of yoga. Samantha and her team have created wonderful, welcoming, clean environment to explore practice at. All teachers are patient and caring. Accessing which class might interest you is easy. I quickly bought an unlimited pass
