The entire crew at C & M Automotive were excellent. From the inital meeting regarding my vehicle repair needs, they behaved as if there was nobody else in their universe that needed help...focused, attentive, and thoroughly professional. Upon driving 2 vehicles that had extensive repairs at the C & M shop, I found that each and every item that was addressed performed flawlessly, safely, and well beyond my expectations. The shop did exactly what they discovered. They didn't do anymore or any less. They didn't do anything that went beyond good customer service. For example. *I was low on oil. They didn't bother topping it off. However, took the time out to state It was low. *I had a brake pad sensor unit, which needed to be placed into back into its spot. They left it dangling by the brake system. (3 sec fit for me) * I was informed that I had a side parking light unit broken, it was a sensor, which had to be again plugged back into its spot. The receptionist wasn't welcoming. She had actually had to go to her and peek around the glass to ask for help. Average service. Did not do anything beyond standard customer service and repair. Jiffy lube gave better customer care service.

Had a wheel alignment done on my Outback. Excellent experience overall. Nice facility with very nice staff. They were able to do the alignment same day, while the other 3 shops I tried couldn't do it for 3 days minimum.

We found C&M Auto Service via the web. Made an appointment for the next day. Dropped our Jeep Wrangler for an oil change and tire rotation. Mike’s crew did a complete inspection and found additional items that needed being addressed. Called me, explained what they found and was able to handle the additional work needed that day. Very satisfied with the work done, price quoted and caliber of work performed.m

I have never been disappointed with C&M. They always take care of my needs and never foist unnecessary expenses on me. They do all the services quickly and even provide rides to and from the office as needed. I dont use the dealership any more. I trust C&M.
