By far one of the worst restrooms. Be prepared to have to bend your knees to reach the toilet paper. Only short people can reach it and I when I try my best to grab some it rips before I can get a longer piece. Cheap and thin quality. It got to the point where I had to break open the toilet paper dispenser just to get sufficient amount to satisfy me without ripping.

Roaches!!! The location is very convenient, but cleanliness leaves much to be desired. This past visit, while wiping down the treadmill prior to my run, I noticed a German roach nymph hiding in the cup holder. The fact this is a juvenile roach appearing in bright daylight means there are many more hiding. Please do better, LA fitness!

This has consistently been one of the most poorly maintained gyms in the area, but what ultimately caused me to cancel my membership wasn't the facility itself—it was how management handled a serious privacy complaint. Over the past several months, I've experienced ongoing issues at this location, including sanitation concerns, periods without hot water, and poor communication from management. I continued giving this gym the benefit of the doubt because it was convenient and I hoped things would improve. Unfortunately, my experience on July 16, 2026, was the final straw. At approximately 2:30 p.m., I was showering in one of the accessible shower stalls with the curtain completely closed. Another member walked up, pulled my shower curtain open while I was completely naked, repeatedly saying, "Hello, hello." When I turned around and told her she could not open my shower curtain while I was showering, she simply asked, "How long?" This was the second incident I had experienced involving the same member. I immediately went to management to report what had happened and requested that a written incident report be made. Instead of first addressing the fact that another member had invaded my privacy, the manager asked whether I had a disability because I was using the accessible shower. For context, I had previously asked staff whether I was permitted to use that shower when it was available and was told that I could, as long as it was not already occupied. When I entered the shower, it was vacant. I completely understand and respect that accessible showers should be prioritized for members who need them. That was never my issue. My concern was that I was already showering when another member opened my closed shower curtain instead of waiting for the shower to become available. When I told the manager that the member was still in the locker room and that I could identify her immediately, I was told they were not going to address it at that time. At that moment, I felt my privacy complaint had been minimized. Instead of feeling supported, I felt the focus had shifted toward questioning my use of the shower rather than addressing the behavior I was reporting. I told the manager that if this was how my concerns were going to be handled, I wanted to cancel my membership. She responded by telling me to "calm down" and said we didn't need to cancel it. By that point, I had already lost confidence that management would appropriately handle a situation involving a member's privacy. I canceled my membership that day. This review is not simply about one uncomfortable interaction with another member. Incidents happen. What matters is how management responds, and in my experience, my concerns were not handled with the professionalism or sensitivity I expected from a business entrusted with its members' safety and privacy. A formal complaint has been submitted to corporate, and I hope they use this as an opportunity to improve how privacy complaints are handled in the future.

Update: seriously management, have your staff occasionally pick up weights off the floor and put weights back in their assigned places. There is no reason why you can have sales people sitting on their phones. Front desk people staring at the computer and janitorial doing nothing but wiping down floors and mirrors , it's not that hard. Put the weight to it and if staff would regularly encourage this and making the patron for finally start to catch on . Everybody needs to do better and be better. This place is gross. Another poorly maintained la fitness, The etiquette and culture at this gym is atrocious, dumbbells and weight plates just left on the floor. Nobody even tried to get their dumbbells back in their assigned spots. Same thing with the weight plates. I'll just throw them wherever, I've yet to see a single person use a wipe to wipe down their bench, management really needs to step up their golame, They need to have their employees go through to rerack the weights, IN THEIR ASSIGNED PLACE, put plates back and make the club look respectable instead of like a teenagers bedroom. Staff and patrons both need to DO BETTER.

The restrooms are never stocked or clean, I've gone early when they open and there's always paper on the floor, toilet seats are dirty and there's never any toilet seat liners, soap or paper towels. They should have the restrooms cleaned and ready for the next day. They should have staff constantly cleaning and stocking them. I've brought this up to the gym manager Sonia and other staff numerous times but it doesn't seem to be a cause for concern. Weights are always left on the floor scattered. They need to replace and fix/service many machines and things in the women's restroom. I've already informed staff and manager about having restrooms clean and stocked before they close so they don't have this issue but they don't seem to be getting the point across the cleaning staff. I've also mentioned a few machines need attention especially the treadmills. Half of them don't work and the other half aren't fully functional. Super disappointing and annoying tbh, my husband and I are ready to go to a different gym.
