What A Strange (but nice) L.A.F. It really is quite nice - things are spaced out well, nice little lounge area, super clean facilities - kind of reminds me of REALLY good fancy hotel gym. I'm guessing whatever type of building this was before didn't allow for all the facilities and equipment that a regular LAF has, but that's not necessarily a bad thing - for a few reasons. Mainly cause even though this one doesn't have a sauna, lack of cardio equipment, and smaller pool area - there are a bunch of other LAFs in this area if you're looking for those things. Now I haven't been during a busy time (I would imagine that wouldn't be productive, lol), but I think the lack of things keeps the gym kind of nice and laid back casual.

This gym is very dirty and unsanitary compared to other gyms this one doesn't have any wipes or spray to clean machines it is very disgusting going to a sweaty machine and also when people are coughing and touching everything just very unsanitary that they can not provide no wipes or cleaning spray. They also don't seem to have staff who clean floor is always dusty as well as cardio machines and the restroom. The front desk staff is unhelpful and have attitude always. Would not recommend this gym for the price it lacks the basics and service is not great.

Today someone broke into my locker and stole cash from my wallet. Thankfully not my phone or the whole wallet. Regardless, I’m not coming back. I showed the staff at the Front desk my lock with all the marks on it that someone left after forcing themselves in, and they denied hearing of any recent incidents. Janitor was there and some older Asian man next to me while I used the shower for not even 10 mins. but who knows, it looks like they used pliers based on the marks and then managed to put the lock back.

I came to the front desk to inquire about the procedure that takes place if one is using their senior insurance. The representative was curt & answered me like I was a bother. Of course there were customers entering & she seemed more inclined & attentive to scan them in, while I was infront of her. First impressions are key to good business & everyone should be treated with professional ,welcoming & attentive mannerisms. I think this experience says if I will be a member or not.

I consider this location one of the best and cleanest. It is getting kinda packed from time to time so you have to do your homework and find a suitable time to go.
