They have upped their prices significantly since moving locations. Also it’s hard to shop here since the store is so big but there’s no carts or anything to help you shop. The sizing is inconsistent so ofcourse you have to try on everything in 3 different sizes just to see what fits & then go back and forth because the fitting room limit is 5 items. Lowkey chaos. **ALSO** this store gets busy and the fitting rooms get busy. Staff allows everyone’s boyfriends/husband/partner to hang out in the fitting room area where FITTING ROOM DOORS DO NOT HAVE LOCKS ON THEM! i don’t know how this is ok…

Basically scamming people for money. Very, very cheap clothing. I returned stuff 2.5 weeks after it was purchased as a Christmas gift (Xmas return policy is still only two weeks so don't dare shop any earlier than Xmas eve!) They didn't want to take items back since it was over two weeks but after much convincing, they relented. They had a strict two month redemption policy (!!!) I took a picture of my tiny receipt so that I wouldn't have to hang onto the scrap and now they won't accept my picture (including the account number) to use store credit (!!) and they are keeping my free money. This store is full of Amazon rejects and I cannot wait until it closes. I'll be reporting to the BBB for unlawful business practice.

They are lying to customers. at the cash registers they a sign posted saying they accept returns within 14 days but then they tell you all sales are final and returns accepted. i asked what items are returnable and they said almost all items are not returnable.
