I had the absolute best experience at the Milpitas New Balance Factory Outlet thanks to Peter! I was looking for a specific pair but couldn't find my size on the floor. Peter stepped in and went completely above and beyond to help me. He let me know he could easily order my size and he was incredibly patient and even gave me the option to choose the color that I want. He was so kind, professional and attentive throughout the whole process. I am so impressed by his outstanding customer service! Peter is a true rockstar!

Good store and friendly staff. Found the perfect shoe for me and my son. Also they had an offer of buy one and get another for 50% off, so it was pretty good deal. We got 2 shoe pairs for 100$ (including tax) . My shoes are for trail purpose and they got an amazing grip, shoes are light in weight and fits perfectly like Cinderella's shoe. Service is good and they gave us space to try on, not so poking like other stores. Karina helped us with shoe selection, keep it up!

We always stop by when we're at Great Mall, over the years we have come across some awesome deals. The store usually rotates inventory somewhat regularly, so there is usually something new to check out every visit. The staff have always been very courteous and attentive, and we have been very helpful with checking inventory at other stores or ordering items to be shipped home.
