This is another location of the popular South Korean bakery chain Paris Baguette, known for its French-style pastries, cakes, and baked goods. I visited this Bay Area location on a weekend afternoon, and it was relatively slow at that time. As expected later in the day, a few items had already sold out, but there were still plenty of options available, including some newer menu items that caught my attention. I ended up trying a pastel de nata along with a savory Korean-style meat pastry, and both were quite good. The pastries tasted fresh, and I enjoyed the savory option especially for something a little different. I also ordered an iced mocha. The service overall was pretty slow, and the coffee took quite a while to arrive. I was told there was no added sugar in the drink, but when I received it, I found it surprisingly sweet — likely because of the chocolate sauce. For my personal taste, it was a bit too sugary. The main area that could use improvement is the maintenance and service speed. The tables were not very clean, and although I understand it was toward the end of a busy day, I still expect cleaner seating areas and slightly faster service. Overall, it’s still a decent spot if you enjoy Paris Baguette’s pastries and baked goods, but the customer experience at this location could definitely be improved.

Upon entering the store we were impressed with the layout and cleanliness of the store! They had a wide variety of baked goods and food items that were fresh and looked delicious! We got a few pastries and coffees and were pleased with our selections. We don’t live in the area but will make this a stop when traveling for a sweet treat!

The most prominent Korean bakery chain around but they are in fact pretty solid. Everything they sell is a tad more expensive then going to a stand alone Korean bakery but it's accessibility and app make it a decent choice. Their cakes are nice but again a tad pricey, would not get their mochi donuts at that price point though.

The pastries are dry and stale….coffee is worse than a 7/11…..i think they give machine coffee….the only fancy thing is their name! Even the croissants smell of egg….pastries have a nasty smell to it. Tous Les Jors is sooo much better for the same price! Never going back again.

Back in mid-October, while planning lunch for our company event, I reached out to a few Paris Baguette locations, but PB-Milpitas was the only one to get back to me right away. Even though it’s not the closest store, the manager, Claire, was super helpful and enthusiastic, so I decided to go with them—and it was totally worth it! Our colleagues quickly realized that besides their amazing bread, their sandwiches are really tasty too. Since then, we’ve used PB-Milpitas for a few last-minute meeting orders, and every time, the delivery has been right on time. I have to say, this store has definitely earned my praise. Big thanks to Claire and the team for today’s Halloween-themed cake—it really gave everyone a “treat” without the “trick”!
