5 star Hands down. I used to get my oil changes at Walmart religiously. Due to my pregnancy mishaps I been short on money, Heard on the radio about this place & their coupon for an oil change & that’s it’s women owned & operated booked it online immediately. You won’t find any shop with their prices, I’d suggest everyone go here and support this business. I even missed my appointment they were able to fit me in the next hour same day. Very convenient. Now hearing that it was women owned & operated, I was relieved as I have major trust issues with males. I come here and I was shocked to walk in to see male receptionists, I got anxiety from it but there’s nothing to be afraid of, they’re soft spoken, they don’t bug or make you feel uncomfortable, they’re probably the women’s partners, it doesn’t matter, point of it is, for those with anxiety and problems like me, this mechanic shop is safe & they know what they’re doing! The lobby is welcoming, they have the coolest snack & coffee bar.

Amazing customer service! They were respectful, took the time to answer all of my questions, and helped us with two different vehicles for two different repairs. Both times they beat the dealership’s prices, and the second repair was nearly half the cost. Our van has been repaired for several months with no issues at all. Honest, fair, and reliable. We highly recommend them and will definitely be returning for any future vehicle repairs.

I had an excellent experience with this auto repair shop. From the moment I walked in, the team was welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful. What stood out most was the transparency—they even introduced me to the technician who worked on my vehicle, which gave me a lot of confidence in the quality of the service. Throughout the entire process, they kept me updated on the progress of my transmission repair and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. I never felt rushed or dismissed—instead, they made sure I was comfortable and informed every step of the way. This is easily the best auto repair shop I’ve been to. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and customer-focused service.

It’s an honor to leave this review. I am so incredibly grateful for KayJays. They went above and beyond for me. My car required extensive maintenance and repairs but they were able to help me every step of the way. The service and professionalism was outstanding.
