Being a mechanic myself I was stumped on my car after fighting with it for a couple years having the same issue over and over again. So I finally decided that since I have warranty I’d take it to a shop and see what they say. I brought my car to Ameca and Jesse and Frank heard me out and understood what I was saying. They took the time to listen and hear me out and walking in I already knew how shops were. They were not pushy nor did they try to upsell or anything they just wanted to focus on the issue at hand. I knew that it may take some time so I did tell them that it is okay and I want to see if they can help with the issue. They were sure that they’d be able to help and they did not want to let me go until the issue was resolved. These guys were awesome. They worked with my warranty company and best of all they kept me informed every step of the way from approvals to work done and test drives and finds and everything. Very punctual and keen to detail. They got the job done!!! My car is back and feels better than ever!!! I will definitely recommend these guys here and will be back for any future issues.

Save your money don't waste your time here. I went in to get a coolant system flush the guy told me it was going to take up to 3 coolant jugs I said that was fine I got home waited till it cools down open the radiator it was nothing but water before I got home I also noticed it was running hotter than it was prior to the service

I brought my vehicle in for some cosmetic work and repairs, and I must say that I am very happy with the outcome. Customer service along with the technicians are awesome and are more than willing to help with your vehicles needs. Overall great service and highly recommend them for your next auto service and or repair.

Scam Shop. If your not mechanical savvy. They will try and get you for unnecessary repairs. I immediately went and picked up my vehicle after they called me with the assessment. what they wanted to replace parts I had just literally replaced without even a few thousand miles on them. I called out there BS and immediately picked up my vehicle because I knew from there on they were not an honest shop. I will post a nother shops inspection report next week. We will compare your inspection vs there's. I hope the bolt your tech didn't tighten down correctly was the only problem. I have over 40 million hits on this form. I definitely let the community know if you did me wrong. If you are to be correct. I will publicly apologize and retract my post

I had gone in for an alignment, and I requested a quote for new shocks and struts. I was quoted for about 2k on a whole new kit. I told them I'll wait on that and do the alignment until after i had installed new struts in the front myself (I do not spend 2k willy nilly like that). They told me I could go ahead and do a new alignment now because the old struts will not affect it. So I had them do it. A few months go by, and my new tires are balding on the inner edge. I went back in, and they told me I needed a new suspension kit and "that's why they quoted me on it months ago accordingto the computer." They re-did the alignment at full price and tried talking me into a new suspension kit because my current suspension is messing up my alignment. Of course, I never did. I just wanted to see how far they go in lying about the quote. Soon after the 2nd alignment, I realized that my wheel hub assembly went out. This is what caused my wheel alignment issue. The point is that they wanted to charge me 2k for a new suspension, and my alignment would have still been off because of a $136 issue that actually caused the alignment problem. If you guys knew of it during your inspection, then you guys are dirty. If you did not know, then you need better mechanics. Either way, I will not be returning to this place ever again.
