I'm glad I drove 2 hours to get my 2025 Honda CRV at Hayward Honda. Taaha was awesome! He answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. We communicated through text and agreed on a price the day before. Everyone was very welcoming. The whole process was fairly quick. I would definitely purchase another Honda from Taaha again. I had a wonderful experience working with Paul from service. We had some miscommunication at first, but later on he proved himself to be a fair and impartial service specialist. I had some issue with my CPO warranty, and the sweet Service Manager, Basma, helped resolve it. In the end, I received a new battery free of charge, under, to say the truth, shaky warranty, and only had to pay for the key reprogramming. This is the most understanding and fair dealership I have ever been to. If you need to service your car, I highly recommend this place — they will not cheat you!

I have wonderful experience with Honda I picked up CRV touring hybrid and it’s all thanks to Suraj Vishwakarma he help a lot. He is very welcoming and kind person really appreciate for his service. The finance manager Aziz Amin is also very nice and helpful person.
