Great experience. Thanks to Jameal and his manager Eric I was able to get the car I wanted. I looked at a 2012 Lexus RX350, but the hood was really sun worn. The manager, I think his name was Eric, sent the car back to the shop and painted the hood for me. It came out awesome. Thank you guys so much. You've made me a happy girl. I got a complimentary oil change and a coupon for a wonderful deal on my next service 👌 🙌 😌 The team members are helpful, they give wonderful customer service and great work as per usual, they have trusted mechanics who wouldn't cheat or make a mistake. They have vending machines with snacks and free water, tea, coffee, expresso, and hot coa coa just incase I needed some soothing drinks when I wait. Thank you Toyota of Hayward!!

We had a great experience at Toyota Hayward! Tom helped us purchase a brand new 2025 Tacoma, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. What really stood out was the price — he offered us a deal that was $7,000 less than what we were quoted at the dealer in Cupertino on Stevens Creek. That made a huge difference for us. Tom was easy to work with, transparent, and made everything simple from start to finish. We truly appreciated his honesty and professionalism. We purchased a used 2018 Toyota Corolla from this dealership in May, and the initial sales process was a good experience. Unfortunately, the follow-up after the sale was extremely disappointing. On our drive home, we noticed a small crack/chip in the windshield and immediately contacted the dealership. We were told we could bring the vehicle back and they would take care of the windshield repair. However, there was very little follow-up regarding scheduling, and we repeatedly had to call to try to get the repair arranged. After a couple of weeks, the small crack spread across the windshield, making a simple repair impossible and requiring the entire windshield to be replaced. We spoke directly with the used car manager, who again assured us that the dealership would take care of it and said he would call us back to schedule the replacement. That call never came. After approximately three months of trying to get this resolved and having our phone calls go unreturned, we finally gave up and paid to replace the windshield ourselves. It is frustrating because this could have been a very positive review. We were happy with the vehicle and the sales experience, but the lack of communication and follow-through after repeatedly promising to address the windshield issue was extremely disappointing. If you tell a customer you are going to take care of something, especially immediately after a vehicle purchase, you should follow through.
