Joined this gym an about a month ago. So far it's been a great gym with no real complaints. A lil crowded ant times but that's to be expected. Everyone is always friendly and respectful members sanitize their equipment after use and the staff itself is great. They always have positive attitudes and are consistently focused on cleaning and sanitation.

I really like how clean, organized, and well-maintained the gym is. The atmosphere is great and the crowd is respectful — everyone comes in, focuses on their workout, and minds their own business. No drama, no uncomfortable vibe. The staff and management are amazing, always friendly and professional. Overall, it just feels like a really good environment to work out in.

Consistently the best gym I've ever been to since all the staff are very friendly, helpful and greet every client as they come in and go and even remember their names. It's unbelievable since most gyms they don't even look up or look at clients in the eye, let alone greet them unless they're friends. Unbelievable amenities. Red light therapy, hydro massage, leg compression and of course infrared sauna. It's unbelievable. The value and $10 more only covers the electric bill. People are so accustomed they don't appreciate the good will. Public relations of the staff is amazing and their friendliness amazing

The machines are all rusty and when I try to inform employees about this they were appallingly rude and should be fired promptly. The sauna had a bite in the wall and poo in the corner. It’s a serious biohazard and when I tried to inform employees they were contemptuous and apathetic to the situation and told me to “stamp it down the drain or deal with it, as we cannot help in this situation”. Corners were cut excessively in terms of cost making it nearly impossible to get a good workout due to the poor quality and the corresponding demographics present. When I was just getting my warmup sets in and squatting 20lbs, the employees began to laugh at me and call me weak even though it was just a warmup set and told me “if I squat this little I should just quit while I’m ahead and I’ll never go anywhere with lifting” even though I can squat 315lbs but I cannot do it here due to the bars snapping when loaded with 100+lbs. When I went to the restroom in the sauna on every seat there was mysterious fluids on every toilet and they were all clogged and smelly. When I informed staff about this they once again could not care less and told me that it wasn’t a big deal. Too smelly, too dirty, super rude employees, and extremely poor equipment. Highly recommend to anyone who’s looking for a horrible experience and wants to waste their money. Do better Chuze. Please start with a complete purge of your staff.
