Greg(owner) and Karen(receptionist) are great people who always find a way to get my truck into the shop quickly and give me an honest diagnosis and subsequent game plan to get me back on the road. I can tell u several stories of them both going above and beyond what someone would expect from an automotive repair shop. Like how last week when my AC went out and I came in just before closing time and Greg personally charged my system up in the 105°+F heat. You guys are great, thanks for everything.

Friendly, honest and trustworthy people with quality service. Gregg is upfront with you and he knows his stuff. Honest about the work that needs to be done and what can wait. Karen is awesome!! They will take you home if you need to leave the car and pick you up when the car is ready! Knowledge/Fair pricing/ Quality service all in one place!!! what more can you ask for!! I would recommend to anyone.

I have always trusted Lapp Auto with my vehicles. Greg has always been honest upfront and reasonably priced. My son refuses to take his Duramax anywhere else. They have always put our vehicle back on the road as quickly as possible and we have never worry about being overcharged.
