The Lotus Zone is a beautifully designed health and wellness studio in Downtown Fullerton. They offer a variety of classes: yoga, breath work, sound bath, & meditation. They also have a recovery area with a traditional sauna, cold plunge, and Bemer mat. The owners Andrew and Melanie are such nice and welcoming people, you will feel right at home!

Received beamer treatment after half marathon and felt rejuvenated for days!!! $20 well worth every dollar

I loved the yoga class here. It was really relaxing. Just make sure to double check that you parked in the correct lot directly behind the back.
