Went in for a routine checkup and cleaning with Dr. Patel and Jacklyn, the hygienist. Check-in was easy and I was seen close to my appointment time, no long wait. Jacklyn did the cleaning and was friendly and gentle, walked me through what she was doing, and gave a few useful tips for keeping up with things between visits. Dr. Patel came in afterward, checked everything thoroughly, and answered my questions without trying to upsell any extra treatments. The office is clean and the staff is easygoing and professional. Overall a smooth, no-hassle experience — exactly what you want from a checkup. Would recommend and will be back.

I had an excellent experience at Dr. Kush Patel’s office at Craft Smile in Fullerton. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and highly professional. The office itself is clean, modern, and very well organized, which immediately made me feel comfortable. Dr. Patel took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood my treatment options without ever feeling rushed. His attention to detail and gentle approach made the entire visit stress-free. You can truly tell he cares about his patients and takes pride in his work. I’ve been going here for many years and each time it’s a great time! Honestly, I’ve always disliked the dentist. Didn’t go for many, many years but I find myself being able to go here with ease! From the front office staff being so cheerful, getting my teeth cleaned by the hygienist each time is a breeze; she’s always super kind and makes the experience quick and easy. The Doctor/Dentist is probably the best I’ve ever come across. He’s extracted two of wisdom teeth and doesn’t push getting unnecessary work done, so you don’t feel like you’re getting work done just for the money. I highly recommend this office if you’re looking for a change or wanting to get a better dental experience! It’s worth a call and visit!

Jaqueline, the hygienist, is the best. She has excellent interpersonal skills and always makes me feel genuinely welcomed and comfortable during my visits. Dr. Patel is also great—professional, knowledgeable, and, most importantly, honest. I’ve been searching for an honest dentist for a long time because, at other offices, I was frequently told I needed deep cleanings, which often felt unnecessary and more about billing insurance. That hasn’t been my experience here at all. I’ve been coming to this practice for about 8 years now. They perform annual gum checks and X-rays, and only recommend treatment based on actual need. After each gum evaluation, they determine whether a deep cleaning is necessary—and in all my years here, I’ve never been told I needed one. My husband and a close friend have also been patients here for years, and each of them has only needed a deep cleaning once. That consistency reinforces my trust that this office truly prioritizes patient care over unnecessary procedures. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy dental team. And most importantly, ALL staff are super friendly!
