I recently came back to Lucky Strike in Fullerton, and the difference from my last visit was remarkable. The entire venue looked much cleaner, better maintained, and had a welcoming atmosphere from the moment I walked in. What really stood out this time was the hospitality. Every team member I interacted with was friendly, attentive, and genuinely focused on making sure guests had a great experience. It’s clear there’s been a strong emphasis on customer service, and it definitely shows. The bowling lanes, seating areas, and common spaces were spotless, creating an environment that felt fresh, comfortable, and enjoyable. Great hospitality paired with a clean, well-kept facility makes a huge difference, and Lucky Strike delivered on both. If you’re looking for a fun night out with excellent service and a venue that takes pride in its appearance, I highly recommend giving Lucky Strike Fullerton a visit. I’m impressed with the improvements and will definitely be back.

I had an amazing experience at Lucky Strike Fullerton! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was energetic, fun, and welcoming. The facility was clean, well-maintained, and had plenty of entertainment options beyond bowling, including arcade games and a great lounge area. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything ran smoothly throughout our visit. The bowling lanes were in excellent condition, and the overall vibe made it a perfect place to spend time with friends and family. The food and drinks were also surprisingly good and arrived quickly. What stood out most was how enjoyable and stress-free the entire experience was. Whether you’re looking for a fun night out, a family activity, or a place to celebrate a special occasion, I highly recommend Lucky Strike Fullerton. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Do not come to this location with your family or friends. This company has terrible management and employees. I drove 40 mins to this Bowlero with my family attempting to bowl and was refused service upon arrival after communicating with somebody over the phone regarding a Groupon I purchased and they claimed that it was going to be accepted. The guy at the front desk was going to help and accept the Groupon I purchased in advance, however, a woman who was short and chopped with pink hair, who I believe was his manager came in out of nowhere and cut the man off and very rudely said they were not gonna honor anything that one of their employees said over the phone.

This place need a make-over ASAP! While I was there (mind you it was only 60 mins) 4 lanes had issues including mine. On top of that their food portions were the smallest I've seen out of all Lucky Strikes and they only give you little dixie cups if you ask for water lol again I unlike all the other that give you a pitcher. Never again will I be going to this Lucly Strike.

Had a great experience coming in to watch the UFC fights with my friends on Saturday and Madison the bartender made our experience so exceptionally great. She was sweet with amazing customer service and quick with serving drinks and orders to everyone around. Didn’t mess up a single one of our orders that Saturday!!! 10/10 experience thanks to Madison and the rest of the staff.
