Instead of an Apology, I Was Asked if I Had Cut My Own Hair I chose Jocelyn because she was one of the salon's highest-priced stylists, and I wanted a great haircut for my graduation ceremony. Unfortunately, this was the worst haircut experience I have personally had. I requested a layered, tapered haircut for my thick hair and provided reference photos. The initial cut did not resemble the reference and left the ends heavy and unblended. I asked for two rounds of adjustments during the appointment. After the second adjustment, the outer layer became uneven, there was a noticeable missing section on one side, and the overall layering was inconsistent. I contacted the salon and provided photos taken immediately after the appointment. Instead of acknowledging the poor result, I was repeatedly asked whether I had made modifications to my hair after leaving the salon. I clearly explained that I had not touched my hair and that the photos reflected the haircut exactly as I left the salon. The salon eventually refunded the full service charge and my tip, which I appreciate. However, when I spoke with the manager, Jessica, to complete the refund process, I requested an apology for the haircut. She declined to provide one, and I was interrupted several times while trying to explain my concerns. I left the conversation feeling that my experience had been dismissed rather than genuinely heard. Based on my experience, I CANNOT RECOMMEND BOOKING WITH JOCELYN if you are looking for a precise layered haircut for an important occasion.

I was visiting my sister for Mother's Day from out of state. As a "treat" I wanted a cut & color for my sister and had my doubts I would find anyone in such a short notice. I was elated to discover that Amenities was available and Jason had an opening. - First let's note the beautiful scent that hits your nose upon entering the spa. We were immediately greeted and offered cool refreshments; it was a blistering hot day in Fresno. Jason was a true professional. He listened and made suggestions for my sister Stella's hair that had been neglected due to numerous "home" coloring attempts. It is not often we get so lucky in life. Jason is a true professional who will listen to your needs and possess the knowledge to make suggestions. Jason is an extremely well-rounded hair specialist who I personally look forward to scheduling an appointment for myself! - Thank you again Jason for making Stella feel like a queen on Mother's Day.

I’ve received two facials with Natalie and she has been so wonderful! She takes the time to look at my skin and provide education and tips. She provides such a wonderful service and my skin feels so much cleaner and hydrated. I also want to mention that the ladies at the front are always so welcoming! They make the whole experience so relaxing. Thank you for the special drink and foot soak.

Highly recommend it's a one stop shop. Hair, nails, makeup and massages. Everyone was very welcoming great customer service which is hard to find now a days. Great price. Love the room where u sit and wait having a mimosa haha was awesome!! And Kendra she was amazing. Deep tissue and she worked out my left shoulder. Highly recommend great place.

I’ve been going to Natalie for facials for almost a year now (with a few breaks here and there), and I can honestly say I’ve never felt more confident in my skin than when I leave one of her appointments. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and really takes the time to tailor each session to what your skin actually needs. The whole experience is also just pure relaxation from start to finish. I always leave feeling refreshed, glowing, and like I just did something really good for myself. Natalie is also just such a warm, personable person and makes the entire experience even better. It genuinely makes me excited to come back. Already looking forward to my next appointment! See you in a couple weeks, Natalie! ✨
