Omg Dr. Mehdi is a miracle worker!!! I will never go to another dentist! I had a crown that came off and needed emergency repair as I had to present for work the following day! He was so kind and nonjudgemental of the condition of my teeth. He fit me in and fixed my crown and a few other issues in record time!!! I felt heard and taken care of. I still have some issues to address with my teeth as its been a long time since I went to the dentist, but he did not pressure me financially and said we can take it one step at time. Thank you so much Dr. Mehdi!!!!!

I am genuinely disappointed by my experience with this dental office. After discussing a proposed treatment plan, I decided to seek a second opinion before moving forward. One of the main reasons was financial. The treatment plan presented to me represented a significant expense, and before committing to that kind of investment in my dental care, I wanted to make sure I fully understood my options and that the recommended procedures were truly necessary. I canceled my appointment more than 24 hours in advance because I believed taking time to make an informed decision about both my health and finances was the responsible thing to do. What saddened me most was not the disagreement over treatment, but the response I received. When I explained the situation, the receptionist told me, "That was your choice," implying that I should have said something sooner. While technically true, the comment felt dismissive and lacked empathy. Patients are often given a lot of information during appointments, and sometimes it takes time to process everything, consider the financial impact, discuss it with family, and decide what is best. What is even more concerning is that I have now been told they will no longer see me as a patient because I canceled my appointment and chose to get a second opinion. I find that extremely disappointing. Seeking a second opinion is a patient's right and should never be treated as a reason to deny future care. Patients should feel comfortable asking questions, exploring their options, and making informed decisions without fear of being penalized for it. In my case, the second opinion revealed that some of the procedures being recommended were not actually necessary. That only reinforced why seeking another professional opinion was the right decision for me. Rather than feeling supported in making the best choice for my health and financial situation, I was made to feel as though I had done something wrong. Healthcare providers often say they care about their patients, but true patient care includes respecting a person's right to seek additional opinions, especially when significant treatment and financial commitments are involved. Unfortunately, my experience left me feeling more like a transaction than a patient. I hope the office takes time to reflect on how they communicate with people who are simply trying to make informed decisions about their health and finances. No patient should feel dismissed or unwelcome for seeking clarity and doing what they believe is best for their well-being.

I visited Dr. Mehdi for a root canal treatment and it went better than expected. Dr. Mehdi was professional and courteous. The knowledge and experience made me comfortable with my treatment. I would recommend Dr. Mehdi to anyone looking for treatment.
